We are an online farmers market, so we do have some limitations.  We have a Product listing policy, and we are also aligned with our payment processors' rules, which can be found here: Stripe's Restricted Businesses.  If you're not sure, it's best to ask us first.  

There are no costs to join, nothing to list your products, and no monthly or membership fees. You pay a single commission,  deliberately priced lower,  plus the standard card processing fees Stripe charges when you're paid.

If you don't sell anything, you don't pay anything.

Not at all.  We are only open to UK-based producers, including farmers, artisans, crafters, and food producers, from full-time jobs to side hustles. If you’re passionate about sharing your products, we’d love to have you with us!

Not at all!   Our platform is designed to be user-friendly for all skill levels. We also provide support and tutorials to guide you through the setup process.  If you have questions, then we have support forums, and we are also here to help all the way.  

Pay-outs are automatic as soon as the customer pays, direct to your Stripe account. Your Stripe balance shows your sale minus our commission and the standard Stripe card processing fee.  This means that you don't get a cash flow issue and your accounts are easier as payments aren't bundled together.  

Unlike other platforms, we don’t hold back funds unnecessarily, ensuring you get paid promptly for your sales.

Absolutely! We’re here to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible. We’ll provide detailed onboarding guides, tutorials, and other support materials to help you set up your profile and create your product listings.

Additionally, our support team is available to assist with any questions or challenges you might encounter during the setup process.

Because you sell through your own Stripe account, any card disputes are raised against your Stripe account and you manage them from your own Stripe dashboard. We don't leave you on your own, our team helps you prevent disputes in the first place and helps you respond with the right evidence.
