Step 2: Customers Shop on the Marketplace

Customers browse GBFM as a single shop, but every product clearly shows who made it or grew it.

They can buy from multiple sellers in one checkout.

Step 3: You Receive a New Order Notification

When someone buys from you, you’ll get:

  • An email notification
  • A dashboard alert

Your order will also appear in the Orders section of your seller dashboard.

Step 4: You Prepare and Dispatch the Order

You package and post your order based on the delivery option the customer selected.

Customers appreciate clear communication and well-packed orders.

Step 5: You Mark the Order as Completed

Once you’ve sent the parcel, update the order status to Completed.
You can also add tracking details if available.

Step 6: You Get Paid Automatically

Payments are handled through Stripe Connect.
You receive your earnings automatically after the standard processing period.
